    Most renovation nightmares occur because contractors are often poor communicators. I always make sure that my clients know what is going on by providing them with daily updates and, as much as possible, by making them aware ahead of time when possible complications might happen.
    Renovations are often very hard to accurately estimate because one never know what is going to be uncovered within the walls of a house. I always do my best to foresee these possibilities and always inform my clients immediately when I discover some hidden problem.
    Being ethical also means being able to admit my own mistakes. Nobody's perfect! There is no reason you should be paying for my mistakes. If I break something in your house, I will replace it at my own expense. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, I do the right thing...
